One day, a person walks into an Nonjoke Network page. They browse to a particular web page, but it doesn't load.

"Huh."

They click 'refresh'.

"That's weird."

No matter how many times they click 'refresh', the page doesn't load.

But when they go to another page, it loads just fine. What's wrong with this page? It was fine the last time they visited it.

They try typing in a different url but the page won't load again. It must have been taken down, for some reason.

They shrug and scroll down to the end of the page, and find that there's no cat at the end of it.
